JDesigner
JDesigner is an environment for visual modelling, simulating and analyzing biochemical reaction networks.
JDesigner has been developed to take advantage of the SBW Framework. It can access available SBW simulators such as Jarnac, RoadRunner, Oscill8 ot SBMLSolver.
Installation
JDesigner is installed with SBW. For more information see the SBW installation page.
JDesigner is fully supported on Windows, but is not supported on Mac OS X and Linux.
